Welcome Back to St. Rita’s!

School starts on Wednesday, August 29th.  Welcome to both new and returning families! Classes begin at 8:00a.m. and end at 12:30 the entire week.  Please bring a cold lunch this week.

Congratulations to the Class of 2012 who graduated Monday evening!  Good luck in high school, and may God keep you in the palm of His hand!

Thanks for participating in Spirit Week!

Students at St. Rita’s School are wrapping up Spirit Week this Friday with the annual Swap Meet.  Thanks to everyone for participating in the week’s activities and for showing your school spirit.  We love St. Rita’s School! Oh, yes we do!

Sports Banquet this Wednesday Night!

To recognize the outstanding athletes at St. Rita’s School, Coach Hunt and Miss Johnson will hand out sports awards on Wednesday evening in the auditorium.  Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. with the awards ceremony to follow.  This year’s special guest speaker is Mater Dei athlete and St. Rita’s alum Donovan Williams.

First in Math

Our students are all smiles about the First in Math program.  So far, the kindergarten through eighth grade students have earned a total of 52,296 stickers!  Keep up the fantastic work!

Safe Travels, Sister Eva!

Thanks to St. Rita’s School, Sister Eva has plenty to take with her on her mission trip to the Phillipines.  Filling 7 backpacks, the donation of school supplies will be distributed to several schools overseas.  Travel safely, Sister!

Holy Childhood Association

At last week’s Talent Show, we raised $235 for the Holy Childhood Association.  Way to go, Raiders!
