Mary Harkay
My name is Mary Harkay and I am so blessed to be a part of the St. Rita's School community. I was born in Germany, grew up in the Cleveland area, and moved to San Diego for college. I earned my degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. I then taught in North Carolina before returning to San Diego. I have been a classroom teacher for 40 years-25 in the Diocese of San Diego. I am looking forward to another wonderful year at St. Rita's working as a member of the Learning Support Team! I love reading, music, the beach, and my tuxedo cat, Cookie!
