My name is Mrs. Oliva, and I am excited to be teaching first grade this year!

I grew up in Southeast San Diego and am a parishioner and proud parent at St. Rita’s. I attended San Diego State University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, my teaching credential, and a master’s degree in Education.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach several grade levels here at St. Rita’s School, including kindergarten, second grade, fourth grade, and middle school science. Each experience has helped shape my passion for teaching and my commitment to helping every student grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

I love learning and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with my students. When I'm not in the classroom, you can usually find me cooking or baking in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, or spending quality time with my family.
